 Xinxiang Bashan Precision Filter Co., Ltd., affiliated to China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), is a specialized manufacturer, which history can be traced back to 1955. Our main products are metal wire, wire cloth, test sieve, filter element and filter, steel thread insert, steel reed, metal sintered fiber, EDM wire, screener and other related products. Our company has independent import and export rights.
With plant area covering about 50000 square meters, we employ more than 200 managerial and technical personnels and 800 skilled workers. Since 1996, we have been exporting wire mesh for buyers in USA.
Meanwhile we carry out a strict quality management system in accordance with ISO9001. We have a wide range of products including all kinds of metal wire, wire cloth, filter element, thread insert, screener, etc. There are over hundreds specifications of wire mesh we can supply and we can offer almost everything which is related with wire and mesh.
Our annual production capability of main products:
1) 800 tons of stainless steel wire of medium and fine wire.
3600 tons of coarse wire above 1mm in diameter.
2) 500 thousand square meters of high precision wire cloth in nominal aperture sizes from 6.00 to 0.028mm (3-635mesh/inch); and dutch cloth with filteration rating from 315 micor to 5 micor (7x40m mesh to 325x2300mesh ).
3) 100 thousand sets of test sieve in diameter 200mm, 75mm and 8" and 12".
4) 10 million pieces of thread inserts, including free run type and screw-locking type with ranges of M2-M45mm.
5) 10 thousand pieces of filter elements with finest precision 2 micro.
6) 300 tons of EDM wire,
7) 6000 sets of screener.
